All products are processed for shipment within 24 hours of the time the order is placed.  We ship via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.  Shipping costs are calculated during order processing prior to your completing the checkout process.

Guarantees / Returns

Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and are warranted to perform as described.  If for any reason our product does not meet your expectations, you may return it unused within (7) days of receipt for a full return (excluding shipping charges).

If our product should happen to show any sign of defect in materials or workmanship within the first 12 months of use, please contact us for a Return Authorization.  We will set up a UPS Pick-up for the return of the product and either ship a replacement or issue full credit (including shipping charges).
